Managed Delivery Program

The Myllash GO Managed Delivery Program

A structured system for turning African business problems into delivered digital solutions — using AI-capable teams managed by Business Solutions Leads. Built to scale. Running now.

Our story

How We Got Here

2020

The Beginning

The program began as a remote internship initiative during the pandemic — pairing young tech talents with small businesses that needed digital presence but couldn’t afford agencies. First cohort: 15 talents, 8 projects, proof that the model worked.

2021

Proving the Model

Structured mentorship was introduced. Talents worked in supervised teams under experienced project managers. Quality improved. Businesses began referring other businesses. The repeating pattern was the first signal.

2022

Physical Campus Experiment

A physical campus experiment proved that talent productivity rises with structure and accountability — but physical campuses had hard limits on scale and cost. The model needed to go digital.

2023

Digital Transformation

The decision was made: build a platform that replicates the physical model at national scale. The goal was not just a marketplace — it was a managed delivery system with BSLs at the center.

2024

Platform Development

Myllash GO was built — project management, talent matching, BSL workflows, escrow payments, and performance tracking. The infrastructure for the program to run at scale.

2025

Official Launch

The platform opens. Businesses describe their problems. BSLs scope and deliver. Talents earn and grow. The program is live across Nigeria.

The physical campus taught us what structured delivery looks like. The platform now delivers that accountability at scale.
Myllash GO was built to solve two compounding problems that, together, are holding back both African talent and African business. The platform is the bridge.
Structured experience on real client problems — not tutorials
AI-native managed delivery for SMEs
A talent-to-leadership track that retains African professionals

The program operates on a simple principle: Businesses have problems. Talents can solve them. BSLs make it happen.

The challenge

The Two Problems We Are Solving

Nigeria Produces Talent That Can’t Get Experience

Over 200,000 young Nigerians develop tech skills every year
Less than 10% land meaningful work experience in the first two years after training
The jobs that exist want 2+ years of experience
That experience can only come from doing real work
The cycle locks out the people it claims to develop

SMEs Need Technology and Can’t Afford It

Over 40 million SMEs operate in Nigeria
Less than 15% have functional digital infrastructure
Agency pricing is out of reach
Hiring in-house developers is complex and expensive
The businesses that need technology most are least equipped to access it
Vision & mission

What We Are Building

Vision
A continent where every SME that has a problem and the will to solve it can access a managed team to deliver it — regardless of whether they understand technology.
Mission
To connect 10,000 African SMEs with trained, AI-capable talent teams by 2030, delivering over 100,000 business solutions through the BSL-managed delivery model.
Core objectives
Give talent structured experience on real client problems — not tutorials
Give SMEs affordable access to AI-native managed delivery
Build the BSL pipeline: a talent-to-leadership track that retains African professionals
Create a system where solving a business problem is as accessible as describing it
Demonstrate that the African tech workforce, properly structured, can deliver world-class outcomes

Anyone with foundational tech skills who wants to stop practising and start getting paid — and building the track record that opens the next door.

Entry-level developers and designers
Recent graduates of coding bootcamps
Self-taught learners with foundational skills
Those seeking portfolio-building opportunities

SMEs with a Problem to Solve

Businesses that know something needs to change digitally but don’t know what to build, who to trust, or how much to spend. That’s exactly where a BSL starts.

Businesses needing digital presence
Startups with limited budgets
Companies seeking talent pipelines
Organizations supporting youth development

The Ecosystem

The Nigerian tech sector, educational institutions, and corporate partners who need a reliable talent pipeline. The platform builds what the sector needs.

Operations

How the Platform Operates

Three principles that define how every project is scoped, delivered, and approved.

Digital-First, Nationwide

The entire delivery model — problem intake, BSL assignment, team assembly, milestone tracking, payments — runs on the platform. Accessible from anywhere in Nigeria.

BSL-Managed Quality

Every project has a Business Solutions Lead who owns the outcome. Not just a project manager — someone accountable for the business result, not just the deliverables.

AI-Native from the Start

Talents are trained on AI-assisted delivery tools from day one. This is not a feature — it is how the platform’s teams outperform traditional agencies on speed and cost.
