The Queue Is Fair by Design
How an Assignment Reaches You
Every business problem gets a level. Every member sits in the queue for their level.
A Problem Is Sized
Myllash AI and the BSL size each problem from Level 1 (quick) to Level 4 (critical).
Your Turn Comes
The member at your level who has waited longest since their last assignment gets the offer.
You Accept
You see the brief, your share and the time to answer. Accept, or decline within the limits.
You’re Paid per Milestone
When the business approves a milestone, your share is released to your earnings.
Rules That Keep the Queue Fair
Score Never Jumps the Queue
Ratings and quality decide your level and promotion, not your place in line.
Busy? Keep Your Place
If you’re at your limit or have a conflict when your turn comes, you’re skipped but keep your place.
Declines
A small number of declines are free. After that, a decline moves you to the back.
Pausing
Pause for a short break and keep your place. Longer breaks move you to the back.
If a Business Asks for Another BSL
You keep your place. Fit isn’t always anyone’s fault.
BSLs Don’t Pick Their Team
Team members are assigned from the queue, so every member gets the same chance.
Why We Admit Members in Cohorts
A queue only works if it moves. Each level has a target wait. When a queue gets too long, intake for that level closes and passed applicants join a waitlist.
New cohorts are sized to the work available, so nobody joins and then waits months for a first assignment.
When a Project Needs a Rare Skill
BSLs can escalate. Myllash searches members’ verified experience and adds one for a fixed task. It’s outside the queue and doesn’t change anyone’s place.
Experience Tags
Add the tools and integrations you’ve used. Tags are verified from completed projects.
Fixed-Fee Tasks
Specialist tasks are scoped and paid separately when delivered.
Never Public
Businesses never see tags, and tags never affect queue order.
